NaturalShrimp Signs Agreements for the Manufacture
of Its Shrimp Farming System

December 28, 2016

NaturalShrimp Incorporated, a publically-traded company (OTCQB: symbol SHMP) that farms shrimp in indoor facilities, and its technology partner F&T Water Solutions, LLC, have teamed up with Filtertech, Inc., to manufacturing a patented, shrimp production system that will be deployed at NaturalShrimp’s farm in La Coste, Texas.

F&T Water Solutions, LLC, markets wastewater treatment solutions.  Its electrocoagulation, desalination and heavy metal absorbent systems help meet discharge and disposal requirements and significantly reduce water treatment capital and operational expenses.

Filtertech, Inc., was established in 1969 and is located in Manlius, New York, near Syracuse.  It’s an international producer of liquid filtration and waste disposal equipment for industrial applications.  Filtertech provides complete turnkey filtration and waste treatment systems, utilizing a complete line of vacuum, gravity and pressure filters, centrifuges, magnetic separators, evaporators and vacuum distillation units.

Manufacturing for Natural Shrimp’s system is expected to begin in January 2017 and installed in the first quarter of 2017.

Shrimp News: In September 2016, NaturalShrimp signed a letter of commitment with Trane, Inc., a division of North Carolina-based Ingersoll Rand, to design and duplicate NaturalShrimp’s shrimp farming system for use at multiple locations in the United States.  Trane is a manufacturer of heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems and also markets building management systems and controls.  Ingersoll Rand is a global business whose stock trades on the New York Stock Exchange.  With annual sales of $13 billion, it works to enhance the quality and comfort of air in homes and buildings and to protect food and perishables during transport.  NaturalShrimp’s “commitment” with Trane/Ingersoll Rand was not mentioned in the above news release, and I could not find anything about the “commitment” on NaturalShrimp’s webpage.
