Washington, DC—No Subsidy Duties!

This morning, Monday, September 20, 2013, 4 of the 6 International Trade Commissioners voted to throw out the shrimp subsidy case, based on the fact that injury to the domestic industry was not proven.  Ecuador, China, India, Malaysia and Vietnam will not have to pay any duties.   The subsidy case on shrimp is dead!
