Update on Dumping Duties


On September 18, 2017, the Federal Register (the official journal of the federal government of the United States) published the International Trade Administration’s (ITA) final review of dumping duties on Indian shrimp imports for 2015-2016.


The review names 231 producers and/or exporters, all of whom received a duty assessment rate of 0.84%—except for Falcon Marine Exports Limited, which received a zero assessment rate.  The producers/exporters that ITA selected for individual examination were Falcon Marine Exports Limited and Liberty Group.
